Commiphora is made from the gum resin of the Commiphora mukul tree. Benefits: Helps to strengthen the bones, sugar regulation, weight loss, lipid regulation. Usage and Dosage: First week take 1 tablet per day. Second week take 2 tablets per day. Third week take 3 tablets per day. Fourth week take 4 tablets per day. Fifth week take 5 tablets per day. Sixth week take 4 tablets per day. Seventh week take 3 tablets per day. Eighth week take 2 tablets per day. Ninth week take 1 tablets per day, with 250 ml of water twice a day before workout on empty stomach and before sleep
